Terms of Service

1. Who we are. TONEMOA for customers outside Korea is provided by AZET LLC (Ohio, USA), hello@tonemoa.com. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem, which appears on your card statement and handles payment, sales tax, refunds and chargebacks under its own terms.

2. The service. TONEMOA suggests personal colors from color values measured in a selfie (skin, hair and eyes). The photo is analyzed in your browser and is not uploaded. Results are styling suggestions for fun and self-expression; they are not professional, medical or cosmetic advice. The service does not identify people or make decisions about them.

3. Paid reports. Paid reports are digital content sold at the price shown before payment. They are delivered instantly online after payment, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute them.

4. Payment. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Checkout is handled by Creem as the Merchant of Record (see section 1); we never see or store your card details.

5. Refunds. See the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use. Use only photos of yourself or of people who agreed. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other users’ data.

7. Liability. We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from styling choices based on the suggestions.

8. Changes and law. We announce changes to these terms on this site at least 7 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of your country. The Korean 이용약관 also applies; where they differ, the terms more favorable to you apply.
