Refund Policy

Before you open a paid chapter: you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

After you open a paid chapter: because a report is digital content delivered instantly, the right of withdrawal ends once you open its paid chapters (you agree to this at checkout). We still refund in full, at any time, if the report is different from what was described, is faulty, or cannot be opened.

How to request: email hello@tonemoa.com with your order number; the refund itself is processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, and you can also contact Creem through the link in your receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval; your card issuer may take longer to show it.
